How we make engagement predictable.

The buyers we want as long-term partners ask hard questions before they hire us. Below are our answers, in writing.

Project Assurance

Scope and pricing transparency

Before mobilization, every ClarkTE engagement comes with a written scope, a written schedule, a written method of procedure, and a fixed-fee proposal where the work allows for one. We publish our pricing drivers (asset count, voltage class, complexity, outage requirements, travel) so you can sanity-check our number against your budget. We do not publish hourly rates because every engagement is different, but we will tell you on the first call whether your project is within your budget.

Communication cadence

You will know the name and direct number of your project manager and your lead PE before kickoff. Every engagement has a written communication plan: weekly status during active execution, milestone reviews at every gate, and a single point of contact for after-hours response. No call trees. No “we will get back to you next week.”

Change orders

If something we find in the field changes the scope, you will hear about it within 24 hours, in writing, with the cost impact and the schedule impact spelled out. You decide whether to proceed before the meter starts running. We will never bury a change order in the back of an invoice.

Outage planning

We staff and schedule outages around your production realities. We have done staged multi-day shutdowns at hospitals, data centers, and continuous-process plants, and brought every one of them back on time. Our outage plans are written, reviewed, and walked down with your operations team before we mobilize.

When something goes wrong

It happens. Equipment moves unexpectedly. Conditions change between site visits. A test result is not what we expected. Our policy is simple: we surface the problem before you find it on your own, we propose the fix, and we own our share of the cost when the cause was ours. You will not get a defensive email from a ClarkTE project manager. You will get a phone call and a plan.

Reporting SLAs

Actionable draft report within five business days of fieldwork completion. Final report within fifteen. Forensic and incident-response work has a separate, faster track. These SLAs are written into our standard contract. We track ourselves against them, and we will tell you when we miss.

Multi-year budgeting

If you cannot do everything we recommend in one budget year, we will help you phase it. We will tell you which findings are urgent (do this quarter), which are deferrable with monitoring, and which can wait two or three budget cycles. We will give you the math for that decision in language your finance team can use.
