The ClarkTE Condition-Driven Reliability Program
Most facilities buy testing the way they buy fire extinguishers: once a year, by checklist, because the standard says so. The test happens. The binder lands on a shelf. Nothing changes.
Then a transformer fails, or a breaker misoperates, or an insurer cites a gap, and suddenly there is a panic budget cycle, a rush procurement, and a board memo that should never have had to exist.
The ClarkTE Reliability Program replaces that loop with something that compounds value over time.
We inventory every relevant asset, score it on consequence (what happens if it fails) and condition (what shape it is in today), and produce a single ranked register. You see your top ten risks before any test cart hits the floor.
We replace the standard “fixed annual” testing schedule with a risk-tiered one. High-consequence assets get more frequent, deeper diagnostics. Low-consequence assets get less. You spend the same money on testing and get more reliability for it.
Every test we run gets logged on the asset’s timeline. Partial discharge, infrared thermography, power factor, sweep frequency, oil DGA, all in one place. Patterns that no single test could show start to surface within the first year.
We push findings directly into your CMMS or asset management system. Maximo, SAP, eMaint, Fiix, or a CSV if that is what you use. Your maintenance planners see our recommendations alongside the rest of your work orders.
Once a year, your reliability lead, your finance lead, and your insurance broker if you want them in the room, sit down with our PE. We walk through what changed, what is trending, and what to fund. You leave with a multi-year capital roadmap signed by a licensed engineer.
The Reliability Program is sold as an annual subscription with a fixed scope and a fixed fee. No surprise change orders for in-scope work. Out-of-scope events (a forensic root-cause investigation after an incident, for example) are quoted separately and capped before work begins.
We will tell you what your program will cost on the second call, not the eighth.
